How long does it take before I can pick up my order?

Most projects take 7-10 days. For jerseys and other textiles,we ask for two weeks. Shadow boxes, Acrylic boxes and other casings for objects vary from project to project but most are completed in 2-3 weeks.

How much does framing cost?

Projects vary depending on the materials chosen. We have thousands of frame profiles and hundreds of mats to choose from and each has different price points. The biggest factor is size when determining the price. That being said, because of our vast selection, we are usually able to find something fantastic for a piece within any budget. Don’t be shy about letting your design associate know that you have a budget in mind.

Do I pay when I pickup?

We require a 50% deposit before materials will be ordered. The remainder of the balance is due upon pickup.

Will my piece be ready to hang?

Yep! Every piece when it leaves comes with the appropriate hanging hardware. This varies from piece to piece depending on size but usually, a piece will have a wire and appropriate weight hook.

What if I don't like it when I get it home?

Let us know! We try our absolute best to design every piece perfectly but every now and again things may need to be modified. If you will bring the piece back to us we’d be happy to work with you to make those modifications.

How will you let me know when my order is ready?

We call every client upon order completion. We also email and text to notify you if you give us permission to do so.

How quickly can you turn my project around?

We usually run around 1-2 weeks but we will give you an estimate of when you can expect your order to be completed when you drop off.

Can I get just glass or a mat cut?

Sure! We only ask that you purchase the mat or glass through us. Usually, these requests can be turned around the next day.

I left my art there for several weeks… do you still have it?

Absolutely! After 3-4 weeks we will begin sending you reminders that we have your order finished. We’ve kept pieces safe for years but we’d prefer you to pick up the piece as soon as conveniently possible.

Do you all restore artwork or frames?

We do not have restoration services in house. However, we recommend the following partners:
